I have used Lion Construction twice for two different projects.
The first was a large loft conversion. I had three quotes from recommendations. Lion Construction were the most competitive on price. I then went to view their workmanship and my wife and I were impressed by the quality of workmanship.
We agreed a time frame for the loft conversion and payment. We were both happy with the end result in that we employed Ivan and his team for a much larger project. A complete re-furbishment with a rear and side extention and a large loft. Again Ivan and his team delivered. Any issues regard snagging Ivan has been very prompt to correct issues. He has a very good select of workers particularly Roman.

Ivan and his team added a small utility room extension and renovated the ground floor kitchen/ dining room/ downstairs loo . They were a pleasure to work with. They were helpful, tidy, always on time and most importantly the craftsmanship was good. They also made themselves available to fix any snags after the build – which really made us feel valued and them worth while. I would happily recommend them and use them again if needed.

Amazing work from Ivan and his team. Could not be happier with the work done. Everything was done perfectly. We had our conservatory taken down and Lion Construction re-vamped the whole area. From what it looked like, it is unrecognisable. There was also an issue with the roof of our kitchen as it was an extension of our home, Ivan managed to give us a reasonable quote to fix the problem and his team did a great job. I had asked for our front door to also be replaced as we had this door since we moved in 13 years ago, it started to have faults. The pricing for this was way cheaper than i thought it was. His team took the old door out and placed a new one, it looks soo much better. Communication was great, & everything was done quickly. They worked within the timeframe that they stated. Definitely going to use Lion Construction for all future projects.

Lion Construction were absolutely great! Ivan was so easy to talk to and understood exactly what I wanted. He is also very creative when you hit a problem. Stayed with the quote, left everything clean & tidy, finished the work bang on time, came back right away for the couple of small snags.
Lion did a fabulous job, highly recommended!!
