We are very happy with the work Ivan's done for us. We had a side return extension built & full renovation of the back of our house. The space is transformed and the finish is excellent. We were living in the house throughout & Ivan's team were always polite and respectful. Living on site meant we could liase daily and that was the best way of working to achieve what we needed. Overall we love the result and are very happy to recommend Ivan as an excellent builder.

Kitchen side return & back extension, & loft conversion. An outstanding job. Ivan's project management was exceptional - managed expectations; flagged up extra costs, put forward good ideas; all done on time. Trustworthy & personable, conscientious & passionate - all qualities you look for in a builder. A 1st class result - an amazing family kitchen enhancing our day to day living. Ivan, Roman and team did an excellent job on our 40m2 single storey extension and complete refurb of the rest of the house. Included all building works, new plumbing and full re-wire of house. Price was fair and transparent from the start and the team were totally reliable, never missing a day over 5 months and worked long hours including weekends. We lived in the house during the works and Ivan was always considerate and worked around us. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Lion Construction were absolutely great! Ivan was so easy to talk to and understood exactly what I wanted. He is also very creative when you hit a problem. Stayed with the quote, left everything clean & tidy, finished the work bang on time, came back right away for the couple of small snags.
Lion did a fabulous job, highly recommended!!

I have used Lion Construction twice for two different projects.
The first was a large loft conversion. I had three quotes from recommendations. Lion Construction were the most competitive on price. I then went to view their workmanship and my wife and I were impressed by the quality of workmanship.
We agreed a time frame for the loft conversion and payment. We were both happy with the end result in that we employed Ivan and his team for a much larger project. A complete re-furbishment with a rear and side extension and a large loft. Again Ivan and his team delivered. Any issues regard snagging Ivan has been very prompt to correct issues. He has a very good select of workers particularly Roman.
